Sports Exemption Praxis Desk

Use the sports exemption to document a release from physical education, including a reason and a time period, in the patient record.

Creating sports exemptions requires the Sports Exemption module. If the module isn't active, the "Sports Exemption" document type doesn't appear in the creation dialog. The permissions "Sportbefreiung erstellen", "Sportbefreiung bearbeiten", and "Sportbefreiung löschen" control which actions are available per employee. Available in Praxis and Desk.

Where to find the sports exemption in the patient record

1. Open the record you want in the customer list.
2. Open the Create Document dialog, or use the document creation widget in the matching record tab.
3. Click Create in the Sports Exemption row, or select the Sports Exemption list entry.

If only one document type is configured in that tab, offisy shows the form directly, without an extra step.

Requirements

• The Sports Exemption module is active.
• You have the Sportbefreiung erstellen permission to add new documents.
• Editing and deleting also require the Sportbefreiung bearbeiten and Sportbefreiung löschen permissions.

Creating a sports exemption

1. Open the patient record and start the Create Document dialog.
2. Click Create in the Sports Exemption row.
3. Check the Date field. offisy suggests the current date and warns if you pick a different one.
4. Optionally enter From and To to set the time period of the exemption.
5. Fill in the required Reason field. Illness is the default.
6. Optionally pick a preset from the dropdown: Illness, Work Accident, Occupational Disease, Intoxication, Traffic Accident, Sports Accident, Brawl, or Service-Related (War) Injury.
7. Save the document.

offisy confirms with "Sports exemption created." and lists the document in the record's history.

Viewing, printing, or downloading a sports exemption

Open the action menu for the sports exemption in the history and select View, the print action, or the download action.

Editing a sports exemption

1. Open the action menu for the sports exemption in the history.
2. Select Edit.
3. Adjust Date, From, To, or Reason.
4. Save your changes.

This action is only available with the Sportbefreiung bearbeiten permission.

Duplicating a sports exemption

1. Open the action menu for the sports exemption in the history.
2. Select Duplicate.

offisy carries the Reason and time period over as defaults for the new document. This action uses the same permission as creating a sports exemption.

Sending a sports exemption by email

Open the action menu for the sports exemption in the history and select the email action. This action is only available with the Dokumente übermitteln permission.

Deleting a sports exemption

1. Open the action menu for the sports exemption in the history.
2. Select Delete.
3. Confirm the prompt.

This action is only available with the Sportbefreiung löschen permission.
