Delete Customer Group Praxis Desk
Delete a customer group you no longer need.
Requirements
- You are logged in with the Edit groups permission.
Note: Deleting a group removes the group assignment from all affected patients / customers. The records themselves remain unchanged.
How to do it
- Open Settings → Account Management → Patients / Customer Management → Groups.
- Click Delete (trash icon) on the desired group.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
