Create Patient / Customer Praxis Desk
Create new patients or customers directly in the customer list.
Requirements
- You are logged in with the Create customers permission.
How to do it
- Open the Customer list via the navigation.
- Click + Patient (or the configured label) in the top right.
- Fill in the form (see fields below).
- Click Save.

Availability – Treating user
Only available in offisy Praxis and only visible when the ModuleMedical module is active and more than one treating user is configured.
Employer
Optional details: name, street, postal code, city, phone, and email of the employer.
Invoice recipient
Enable the Different invoice recipient toggle to store a separate billing address.
Contact person
Optional contact for a third person (name, phone).
Auto-complete address
Type a street or postal code — offisy suggests matching addresses from the OpenPLZ database. Select a suggestion to automatically fill in street, postal code, city, and country.
