Patient List & Search Praxis Desk
The patient list shows all patients and customers in your account. From here you search, filter, and trigger actions directly per record.
Where do I find the patient list?
Go to Patients (in Praxis) or Customers (in Desk) in the main navigation. The label depends on the setting in your configuration.
Filters
- Search field (top): Search by name, number, or other master data.
- Account: Filter the list by a specific account if you manage multiple.
- Status: Show active, archived, or deleted records.
Data table
The list shows one record per row with the configured columns. Default columns include name, number, and contact details. Which fields are visible depends on your column configuration.
offisy remembers your recently opened records and shows them at the top of the list for quick access.
Row actions
Click the Actions menu (three dots) on an entry to access actions:
- Edit — Open master data
- Archive — Deactivate the record
- Notify — Send SMS or email (only when a gateway is configured)
- Delete — Permanently remove the record
Column configuration
Click the Settings icon (teal box with arrow) in the top right to customize the displayed columns. You can add fields, remove them, and change their order.
