Delete Patient / Customer Praxis Desk
Permanently delete a record from offisy. This action cannot be undone.
Note: Consider whether Archive is the better option — archived records are preserved and can be restored. See Archive & Restore.
Requirements
- You are logged in with the Delete customers permission.
How to do it
- Open the Customer list.
- Click the Actions menu (three dots) on the desired record.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
The record is permanently removed. Linked data (e.g. appointments, invoices) is retained depending on your configuration.
