Create Customer Group Praxis Desk
Create new customer groups in the settings.
Requirements
- You are logged in with the Edit groups permission.
How to do it
- Open Settings → Account Management → Patients / Customer Management.
- Switch to the Groups tab.
- Click + Group.
- Fill in the fields:
- Name (required)
- Description (optional)
- Select a Color
- Enable Show in customer profile if the group should be visible in the portal
- Click Save.
