Create Customer Group Praxis Desk

Create new customer groups in the settings.

Requirements

  • You are logged in with the Edit groups permission.

How to do it

  1. Open Settings → Account Management → Patients / Customer Management.
  2. Switch to the Groups tab.
  3. Click + Group.
  4. Fill in the fields:
    • Name (required)
    • Description (optional)
    • Select a Color
    • Enable Show in customer profile if the group should be visible in the portal
  5. Click Save.
