Custom Fields Praxis Desk
Custom fields extend the master data with your own information — for example, internal identifiers, measurement values, or individual selection lists.
Field types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Text | Free-text entry |
| Number (integer) | Whole number, optionally with min/max |
| Number (decimal) | Decimal number, optionally with min/max |
| Yes / No | Boolean toggle |
| Selection list (single) | One value from a configured list |
| Selection list (multiple) | Multiple values from a configured list |
| Group | Groups multiple fields together |
Values in the customer list
Enabled fields can be shown as a column in the customer list.
Pinning values
Important values can be pinned to a record so they are immediately visible when you open it.
