History Praxis Desk
The history logs all changes to a record: who changed what and when.
Prerequisites
- You are logged in with the View history permission.
Opening the history
- Open the record you want in the Customer list.
- Click the action menu (three dots or dropdown arrow).
- Select History.
What gets logged?
- Field changes with the old and new value
- Creation date and the person who created the record
- User and timestamp for every change
- Merges (merge events)
Entries are shown in reverse chronological order (newest first).
