History Praxis Desk

The history logs all changes to a record: who changed what and when.

Prerequisites

  • You are logged in with the View history permission.

Opening the history

  1. Open the record you want in the Customer list.
  2. Click the action menu (three dots or dropdown arrow).
  3. Select History.

What gets logged?

  • Field changes with the old and new value
  • Creation date and the person who created the record
  • User and timestamp for every change
  • Merges (merge events)

Entries are shown in reverse chronological order (newest first).
