Send Notifications Praxis Desk
Send SMS messages or emails directly to a patient or customer from the customer list.
Prerequisites
- A notification gateway is configured in settings.
- The menu item is only visible when a gateway is active.
Sending an SMS
- Click the action menu (three dots) on the record you want.
- Select Send notification.
- Choose SMS as the channel.
- Select the phone number field (primary or secondary).
- Enter the message.
- Click Send.
Sending an email
- Click the action menu (three dots) on the record you want.
- Select Send notification.
- Choose Email as the channel.
- The email address stored in the record is used automatically.
- Enter the message.
- Click Send.
