Archive and Restore Patient / Customer Praxis Desk

Archive records you no longer actively use — without deleting them. Archived records are fully preserved and can be restored at any time.

Requirements

  • You are logged in with the Edit customers permission.

Archive

  1. Open the Customer list.
  2. Click the Actions menu (three dots) on the desired record.
  3. Select Archive.

The record disappears from the active customer list but remains in the system.

Show archived records

  1. Open the Customer list.
  2. Set the Status filter to Archived.

Archived records are now shown in the list.

Restore

  1. Show archived records (see above).
  2. Click the Actions menu on the desired record.
  3. Select Restore.

The record is available again in the active customer list.
