Archive and Restore Patient / Customer Praxis Desk
Archive records you no longer actively use — without deleting them. Archived records are fully preserved and can be restored at any time.
Requirements
- You are logged in with the Edit customers permission.
Archive
- Open the Customer list.
- Click the Actions menu (three dots) on the desired record.
- Select Archive.
The record disappears from the active customer list but remains in the system.
Show archived records
- Open the Customer list.
- Set the Status filter to Archived.
Archived records are now shown in the list.
Restore
- Show archived records (see above).
- Click the Actions menu on the desired record.
- Select Restore.
The record is available again in the active customer list.
