Capture Values Praxis Desk

Enter values for custom fields directly in a record.

How to do it

  1. Open the record you want in the Customer list.
  2. Switch to the Custom fields section (or search for the field name within the record).
  3. Click + Add value next to the field type you want.
  4. Enter the value.
  5. Click Save.

Editing a value

Click the Edit icon on an existing value, change the entry, and save.

Deleting a value

Click the action menu (three dots) on an existing value and select Delete.

Pinning a value

Click the pin icon on a value to highlight it at the top of the record. Pinned values are immediately visible when you open the record.

Value history

Every value logs its change history. Click on the value to view the log: who entered or changed what and when.
