Store insurance information directly in a patient's or customer's record.

Adding insurance

  1. Open the record and click Edit.
  2. Scroll to the Insurance section.
  3. Select the Primary insurance from the list of Austrian health insurers.
  4. Select the Insurance type (e.g. self-pay, statutory, private).
  5. Click Save.

Adding multiple insurance entries

You can add more than one insurance entry per record:

  1. Click + Add insurance in the insurance section.
  2. Fill in the fields for the new entry.
  3. Click Save.

Co-insured through another person

If the person is insured through another patient or customer:

  1. Enable the Co-insured through field.
  2. Select the linked record.
  3. If applicable, enter the person's own SVN and name.

Prescription fee exemption

Enable the Prescription fee exemption toggle if the person is exempt from the prescription fee.
