Documents Praxis Desk
In the patient record you can upload, view, download, and delete documents. This keeps all relevant files directly with the record.
Where to find documents in the patient record
- Open the record you want in the customer list.
- Switch to the Documents tab.
Uploading a document
- Click + Document in the Documents tab.
- Select a file from your device.
- Optionally enter a title and a description.
- Click Upload.
The document then appears in the document list for that record.
Note: Allowed file formats and the maximum file size depend on your license settings.
Downloading a document
Click the Download icon next to the document you want to save it to your device.
Deleting a document
- Click the action menu (three dots) next to the document you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the prompt.
offisy permanently removes the document from the record.
