Create Patient / Customer Praxis Desk
Create new patients or customers directly in the customer list.
Requirements
- You are logged in with the Patient / Kunde: Erstellen permission.
How to do it
- Open the Kundenliste (customer list) via the navigation.
- Click Patient hinzufügen (add patient, or the configured label) in the top right.
- Fill in the form (see fields below).
- Click Speichern (save).
Form fields
The form is organized into six tabs. All fields are optional unless noted otherwise.
Tab: Stammdaten (master data)

Auto-complete address
Enter a street or postal code – offisy suggests matching addresses from the OpenPLZ database. Select a suggestion to automatically fill in street, postal code, city, and country.

Availability – Behandelnder Benutzer
A Behandelnder Benutzer (treating user) field is only available in offisy Praxis with the medical software enabled, and only visible when more than one treating user is configured.
