Set Up the Label Printer Praxis Desk
Define what your patient labels contain and how large they are. These settings apply to every label you print from the customer list.

This feature requires the Etikettendruck für Patienten add-on for Praxis and Desk.
Where do I find the label printing settings?
Open the settings and click Etikettendruck in the Weitere Module section. The page is titled Etikettendruck Einstellungen.
Requirements
- The Etikettendruck für Patienten add-on is included in your license.
- You have the Etikettendruck: Einstellungen permission.
Define the label text
- Write the content of the label in the Text field. This field is required.
- Click Textbausteine (text blocks) to insert placeholders. Choose a category, then the placeholder. It is added to the end of the text.
When you print, Offisy replaces the placeholders with the person's data.
These categories and placeholders are available:

Set the sizes
In the Größen section, you set the format:
- Breite (width) and Höhe (height) in millimeters, in steps of 0.5. The maximum is 150 mm. Both fields are required.
- Schriftgröße (font size) from 8pt to 18pt.
Set the margins
In the Randabstände section, you set the space between the text and the label edge. Enter Oben (top), Unten (bottom), Links (left), and Rechts (right) in millimeters. The maximum per edge is 15 mm.
Check the preview
On the right, the Vorschau (preview) area shows the label with your settings. Select a person in the field above it to see the label with real data.
Save the settings
Click Speichern. You see the message Einstellungen gespeichert. The button is disabled while the Text field is empty.
