Create Customer Group Praxis Desk

Create new customer groups directly from the patient / customer list.

Requirements

• You are logged in with the Gruppe Erstellen permission.

How to do it

1. Open the Patients list.
2. Click the arrow next to Configure columns and select Manage patient groups.

3. Click Add patient groups.

4. Fill in the fields:

• Name (required)
• Description (optional)
• Select a Color
• Show in patient profile? – enabled by default, disable it if the group shouldn't be visible in the portal
• Show in calendar? – enabled by default, disable it if the group shouldn't appear in the calendar

5. Click Add patient group.
