Actions per row

The action menu shows a different main entry depending on the status:

  • Share — while the patient hasn't filled out the form yet: opens the link or QR code to resend it.
  • Complete — once the status is Filled out and the data isn't in the patient record yet: starts the review and sync with the patient record.
  • View — for forms whose data is already in the patient record, and for completed forms: shows the entered data.

Expired forms have no main entry.

Also available, depending on status:

  • Send to patient — from status Filled out, Completed, or Expired: sends the form to the patient again.
    • You need the permission to edit forms.
    • Confirm the prompt Send form to patient with Send. The share window then opens with link, QR code, and email.
    • Existing signatures expire, so the patient has to sign again.
  • View patient form — for completed forms.
  • Assign patient — for forms that came in through the generic link and have no patient yet.
  • Edit — for completed forms, if you have the permission to edit.
  • Send by email — with As single document or Select multiple documents.
  • Transmit via e-card system — for e-card forms with active DBAS.
  • Show history
  • Print and Download — once the form has been completed.
  • Delete
