Form list and actions Praxis Desk

The form list shows all forms of your practice. You open them in the editor or use actions such as printing, duplicating, and deleting.

Where do I find the form list?

You find the form list under Einstellungen (Settings) > Formulare (Forms).

Required license

This feature requires the Forms add-on for Praxis and Desk.

Data table

Clicking a form's name opens the editor.

• Use the Suche nach Name (Search by name) field to find a form.
• The Filter (Alle, e-card, Sozialversicherung, Thieme, Standard) appears once the list contains forms from several categories.

Actions per row

Each row has an action menu:

• Leerformular herunterladen (Download blank form) and Leerformular drucken (Print blank form)
• Bearbeiten (Edit)
• Duplizieren (Duplicate): Opens a copy of the form in the editor.
• Aus Vorlage aktualisieren (Update from template): Only for forms based on a template with a form type. After the confirmation prompt Aus Vorlage aktualisieren, click Aktualisieren (Update) and the form takes over the current content of the template. You lose your own changes to the content.
• Löschen (Delete)

For Thieme forms, Bearbeiten, Duplizieren, and Aus Vorlage aktualisieren are missing. Instead, you get Auflagenhistorie (Edition history), see Thieme consent forms.
