Fill in directly on the form Praxis Desk

You can enter or change answers directly on the form. This works for every form, not only Thieme forms. You use Anmerken (Annotate) mode for this, which is described under Add annotations to a form.

Prerequisites

Required license

This feature requires the Formulare erweitert or Formulare erweitert + Thieme Aufklärungsbögen add-on for Praxis and Desk, or a package that includes annotations.

  • You have the Formulare: Anmerkungen permission and are allowed to edit the form.
  • The form must not already be completed or replaced by a newer version. You can't fill in a form that the patient has completed this way. You can fill in a completed form that you open as a document in the record.

How to do it

  1. Open the form in the completion window: for a form with the status Ausgefüllt (Filled out), choose Abschließen (Complete) in the action menu.
  2. Use the switch next to Ausfüllen (Fill out) to change to Anmerken (Annotate).
  3. Hover over an answer. Offisy marks the field with a small keyboard button. Click it.
  4. Enter the value in the popup. The question text is the title, and a counter such as "6 / 179" shows the field's position in the form.
  5. Click Übernehmen (Apply).

Use the arrows Vorheriges Feld (Previous field) and Nächstes Feld (Next field) to jump to the neighboring field and apply your entry on the way. Invalid entries (required field or format) block the jump to the next field.

Tab and Shift+Tab also apply and move on. Tab only jumps to the next field once you're at the end of the input elements in the popup. Before that, the focus moves within the popup.

Enter works like Übernehmen, except in multi-line text fields, in rich text, and on buttons or links. In multi-line text fields, Ctrl/Cmd + Enter applies. Abbrechen (Cancel), the X, Escape, and a click outside the popup discard your entry.

Übernehmen writes the value to the form only. Offisy saves it when you save the window or complete the form. In the tab of a form that the patient has completed (status Ausgefüllt), the save button is called Abschließen (Complete).

Filling in directly is also available in the preview that you open in a new tab with the icon next to the switch. It isn't available for forms with their own print view, such as the CT/MR referral, in the form preview in the editor, in the patient view, or in earlier versions in the history.
