RKSV Praxis Desk Kasse
The Austrian cash register security regulation (Registrierkassensicherheitsverordnung, RKSV) defines how a cash register records cash sales in a tamper-proof way. This module applies to offisy Praxis, offisy Desk and offisy Kasse.
What is the RKSV used for?
With the RKSV, offisy signs every cash receipt digitally and records it in the data collection protocol (Datenerfassungsprotokoll, DEP). You set up a certificate and a cash register and register the register with FinanzOnline. This module explains each of these steps, plus what you need during daily operation and for an audit.

Required license
This module requires RKSV Basic, RKSV Premium or RKSV Unlimitiert for Praxis, Desk and Kasse. Which features you get depends on the tier, see RKSV Tiers.
RKSV Tiers
The RKSV comes in three tiers. They differ in the scope of the automatic features.

With RKSV Basic, you can add the FinanzOnline webservice through the add-on RKSV Webservice für Paket Basic. The add-on is available in Kasse.
What the tier is called in your product
- Praxis and Desk: You book the tier as an add-on named RKSV Basic, RKSV Premium or RKSV Unlimitiert.
- Kasse: The tier is part of your package. The Basic package includes RKSV Basic. The Premium and Premium Plus packages include RKSV Premium. The Unlimitiert package includes RKSV Unlimitiert.
- Desk and Kasse: The packages are also called "Registrierkasse Premium" and "Registrierkasse Unlimitiert" there.
