Show tasks in the calendar Praxis Desk

Display tasks with a due date directly in the calendar — as small chips on the corresponding date.

Prerequisites

• You have access to the calendar.

How to

1. Open the calendar.
2. Click View in the top right.
3. Enable the Show tasks option.

Tasks now appear as chips on their due date. The chip color indicates the task's status.

Open a task

Click on a task chip in the calendar. The task detail view appears.

From there you can edit the task or mark it as done. The calendar shows completed tasks accordingly.

Common issues

• Task chips are missing: Check that Show tasks is enabled in the view settings.
• "Show tasks" option is missing: The tasks module may not be included in your license.
