Open the calendar. The indicator appears automatically next to the corresponding column or in the calendar area as soon as a colleague opens the calendar.

How the presence indicator works

As soon as someone opens the calendar, their avatar appears directly in it — next to the corresponding column or in the calendar area. Offisy updates the markers automatically when someone opens or closes the calendar.

This lets you see at a glance who is currently working in the same calendar — useful for avoiding double-edits.
