Bookable Times Praxis Desk

Bookable times show in the calendar when clients can book appointments. They appear as colored background bands in the time grid.

Requirements

• You have the Calendar permission with access to bookable times.

View bookable times

Bookable times appear as colored background bands behind the time grid in the calendar. You choose the display mode directly in the calendar:

• By location – all bookable times for the selected location
• By practitioner – bookable times per staff member
• By individual entry – only the currently selected entry

Add an individual bookable time

1. Click on the desired time range in the calendar.
2. Select the type Individual bookable time in the popup.
3. Set the start time and end time.
4. Select the user.
5. Optionally select a location.
6. Click Save.

Edit or delete an individual bookable time

1. Click on the bookable time in the calendar.
2. Click Edit or Delete.
3. Confirm your selection.
