Setting up your webshop Desk

Configure your webshop's name, order options, embedding, documents, and payment methods.

The webshop is an add-on for Desk.

Where do I find the webshop settings?

Open Settings and select Applications. Find your webshop in the list and open Settings from the row menu. The page shows the heading "Webshop Einstellungen".

Requirements

• The webshop is created as an application and enabled.
• You have permission to edit applications.

"Einstellungen" tab

• Name — required, max 255 characters.
• Wartungsmodus — toggle to temporarily lock the webshop.
• Kontakt E-Mail Adresse — required, must be a valid email address.

Under Bestellung, you set limits and the order number format:

• Max. Wert der Bestellung — enable the toggle and enter an amount to block orders above a certain value.
• Min. Wert der Bestellung — enable the toggle and enter an amount to enforce a minimum order value.
• Präfix — text before the order number, max 10 characters.
• Format — choose between {PRÄFIX}{NUMMER}, {PRÄFIX}{JJJJ}{NUMMER}, {PRÄFIX}{JJ}{NUMMER}, and {PRÄFIX}/{JJ}/{NUMMER}.
• Mindestlänge — number of digits in the running number, from 0 to 10.

The Vorschau field shows you right away how the next order number will look with your settings.

"Einbetten" tab

Here you get the code to embed the webshop on your own website.

• Startseite — choose whether visitors land on the default page or straight on the product overview.
• Akzentfarbe — color picker for the embedded shop's main color, default is #00adba.
• Dark Mode — toggle to display the shop in dark theme.

Click Kopieren to copy the finished embed script to your clipboard. Paste it wherever you want the webshop to appear on your website.

Note: The script loads https://shop.offisy.at/js/embed.js and embeds the webshop into a div with the id offisy-webshop. The code updates automatically when you change the start page, accent color, or dark mode.

"Allgemein" tab

Upload legal documents for your webshop here:

• AGB (terms and conditions)
• Datenschutzerklärung (privacy policy)
• Widerrufserklärung (right of withdrawal)

Drag a file into the field or click to select one. Use the trash icon to remove an uploaded file.

"Zahlungsmittel" tab

Set how customers can pay in your webshop.

1. Under Zahlungsdienstleister für Kredit- / Debitkartenzahlung, select an existing payment provider. If none is set up yet, click Zahlungsdienstleister verwalten.
2. Enable Kauf auf Rechnung erlauben if customers can also order on invoice. If no payment provider is selected, ordering on invoice is always active.
3. If you run multiple tenancies, select the responsible one under Mandant festlegen.

Setting up and saving the webshop

1. Fill in the fields across the four tabs.
2. Click Speichern once all required fields are valid.
3. Click Abbrechen to go back to the applications overview without saving.

The Speichern button stays disabled while required fields like Name or Kontakt E-Mail Adresse are missing or invalid.
