Manage applications Desk
Under settings, Applications is where you create webshops and switch them active or inactive.

Where do I find applications?
Open Settings and choose the Applications menu item. By default, the list shows active applications, with the newest application on top.
Requirements
- You have permission to view applications.
- To create an application, you also need the permission to create.
- To edit, activate, or deactivate an application, you need the permission to edit (see Permissions).
Filter
Use the dropdown at the top to switch between Active applications and Inactive applications. This filter only changes the display, it doesn't trigger a search.
Data table
Each application shows a badge with its type (currently always Webshop), the name, and the status Active or Inactive.
Row actions
The row menu gives you these actions:
- Products – opens the product management for the webshop.
- Settings – opens Webshop settings with the webshop's detailed configuration.
- Deactivate – only visible for active applications. After you confirm the dialog, the webshop is deactivated.
- Activate – only visible for inactive applications. After you confirm the dialog, the webshop is activated again.
A deactivated application then only appears in the Inactive applications view.
Creating a new application
- Click Create webshop.
- Enter a name in the Name field (maximum 200 characters).
- Confirm the dialog.
After creating the application, you see the message The webshop was created!. Offisy generates a unique token for the webshop in the background. You'll need this token later in the embed script when you add the webshop to your website.
Permissions
Applications distinguish four permissions:
- Anzeigen – view applications.
- Hinzufügen – create new applications.
- Bearbeiten – activate or deactivate applications, switch to products and settings.
- Löschen – needed for internal processes.
Ask your administrator if you're missing one of these permissions.
