Creating products (vouchers) Desk

Here you manage the products in your webshop. Right now you can create one product type: the voucher.

Where do I find products?

Open the Products action in your webshop app. The Webshop Products page shows the number of products found at the top, with the product table below.

Requirements

• You're logged in as an administrator or with the appropriate permission.
• The webshop app is activated in the application settings.

Voucher products require the Vouchers add-on for Desk.

Creating a new voucher

1. Click Create product in the top right.
2. Select New voucher from the dropdown menu.
3. In the Create voucher dialog, fill in the fields on the General tab:

• Name (required, max. 200 characters)
• Subtitle — additional subtitle (max. 200 characters)
• Description — descriptive text (max. 500 characters)
• Voucher value (required) — the amount the voucher is worth
• Select template — the voucher template that determines the PDF layout

4. Click Save.

After saving, you'll see the message "The voucher was created!".

Adding product images

1. Open the Product images tab in the dialog.
2. Drag a file into the upload area or click Choose a file from my computer (max. 15 MB per image).
3. If you upload multiple images, mark one as the preview image using Set as preview.
4. Click Save.

Editing a voucher

1. Open the action menu of the voucher in the data table.
2. Select Edit.
3. Adjust the fields on the General and Product images tabs.
4. Click Save.

After saving, you'll see the message "The voucher was updated!".

Deleting a product

1. Open the action menu of the product in the data table.
2. Select Delete.
3. Confirm the Delete product dialog.

Data table

The table shows all products in your webshop.

Column	Description
Name	Product name
Value	Voucher value in your webshop's currency
Number of images	Number of product images attached
Preview image	Product image marked as preview
