Designing voucher templates Desk

Voucher templates define what a voucher looks like as a PDF. You select a template when you create a voucher product.

Where do I find voucher templates?

Open the webshop settings and click Voucher templates. You see an overview of all existing templates.

Requirements

• Erstellen permission for voucher templates to add new templates
• Bearbeiten or Löschen permission for the respective action

Benötigte Lizenz

Voucher templates require the Vouchers add-on for Desk, in addition to the webshop.

Creating a new voucher template

1. Click Create template.
2. Enter a Name for the template.
3. Upload an image under Background to use as the voucher background.
4. Choose the orientation Portrait or Landscape. New templates start in A4 landscape format.
5. Drag and drop elements onto the template in the editor:
   • Text for free text
   • Value for the voucher amount
   • Card number for the unique voucher number
   • Barcode for the voucher's barcode
   • Recipient for the recipient's name
6. Click a placed element to adjust position, width, height, font size, and font color.
7. Click Save.

The editor preview shows fictional sample data, for example the name Max Mustermann, the card number A1B2C3D4E5F6, and the value 15.

Editing a voucher template

1. In the data table, click Edit next to the template you want to change.
2. Adjust the name, background, orientation, or placed elements.
3. Click Save.

Deleting a voucher template

1. In the data table, click Delete next to the template you want to remove.
2. Confirm the Delete template dialog.

You can't restore a deleted template.

Data table

The table lists all voucher templates with their name. Use the row menu to reach Edit and Delete.

• Erstellen: add new voucher templates
• Bearbeiten: change existing voucher templates
• Löschen: remove voucher templates
