Journaling: Invoice Line Items Praxis Desk Kasse

Shows a cross-patient list of all invoice line items from invoices for a selected time period.

Where do I find invoice line items?

Go to Journaling → Invoice Line Items.

Requirements

  • You have the Journaling: Read permission in your user profile.

Filters

The following filters are available at the top of the page:

  • Time period — Freely selectable date range. Default when opening: current month.
  • Patient — Filter by patient name (with search).
  • Provider — Filter by the responsible staff member.
  • Account code — Filter by the account code of the line item.
  • Newsletter — Filter by the patient's newsletter subscription (Yes / No).
  • Referral — Filter by the patient's referral source.
  • Client — Only visible if the multi-client module is active in your license.

Data table

The table lists all invoice line items for the selected time period. You can choose which columns are displayed (see Column configuration).

The available columns are divided into three groups:

Invoice group:

Statistics

Below the table you see a summary of the filtered entries:

  • Count — Total number of displayed line items
  • Total (gross) — Sum of all gross amounts
  • Net — Sum of all net amounts

Column configuration

  1. Click Options → Column configuration.
  2. Enable or disable the desired columns.
  3. Click Save.

The setting is saved per user and persists the next time you open the page.

Export

Via Options you can export the filtered list as an Excel file.
