Daily Closing Praxis Desk Kasse
The daily closing (German Tagesabschluss) sums up the sales and payments of a period and outputs them as a PDF.
What is the daily closing used for?
The daily closing shows the total of all payments since the last closing, broken down by tax rates, services, goods, and payment methods. You see at a glance what came in through your register or account.
The daily closing is not an RKSV receipt. It carries no signature, Offisy does not report it to FinanzOnline, and it does not change any invoices, receipts, or the cash book. You cannot cancel or delete it in the interface.
The periods follow each other without gaps: Each closing starts where the previous one ends. If you have set up tenants (German Mandanten), each closing applies to exactly one tenant.
