What is the Presence Indicator? Praxis Desk

The presence indicator shows which practitioners are present on a given day, based on their bookable times.

Definition

The column header of the calendar shows one avatar per person. The indicator is based on the person's bookable times. A grayed-out avatar means the person is absent.

Click an avatar to open the list Anwesend (present). It shows the time or Ganztags (all day) and the location.

What is the presence indicator used for?

You see at a glance who is present on a given day, at what time, and at which location.

You edit or delete individual bookable times directly in the Anwesend list. Click Bearbeiten (edit) or Löschen (delete).

The bar Anwesend am Standort (Buchbare Zeiten) (present at location (bookable times)) below the calendar explains the location colors.
