Export appointments Praxis Desk

You can export appointments from the calendar's Liste (list) view as a file. You configure the export columns beforehand in a dedicated dialog.

Where do I find the appointment export?

Open the calendar and switch to the Liste view in the toolbar. The arrow next to Drucken (print) offers Excel and CSV. The Optionen (options) menu contains the export settings.

• You have the Kalender anzeigen permission.

How to

1. Open the calendar and switch to the Liste view.
2. Click the arrow next to Drucken. A menu with Excel and CSV opens.
3. Choose the format you want. offisy downloads the file.

Configure the export columns

1. Click Optionen.

2. Choose Export-Einstellungen (export settings) from the menu.

3. The Export-Einstellungen dialog gives you the tabs Übersicht (overview) and Kursübersicht (course overview).

4. Open the Übersicht tab. In the Feld (field) column, you set which fields the export includes. Each row is a selection field.

   • Pre-filled are Name, Art (type), Datum (date), Beginn (Uhrzeit) (start time), Ende (Uhrzeit) (end time), Dauer (duration), Akad. grad (academic title), Vorname (first name), Nachname (last name), Namenszusatz (name suffix), Zus. Name (additional name), E-Mail, SVN (social security number), Telefon (phone), Geburtsdatum (date of birth), Brutto (gross), and Status.
   • Use Hinzufügen (add) to add more fields, for example Datum (Ende), Ganztägig, Kundennotiz, Standort, Mitarbeiter, Teilnehmeranzahl, Netto, Patienten-ID, Straße, PLZ, and Ort.

5. On the Kursübersicht tab, you find the blocks Kursinformationen (course information) and Teilnehmerinformationen (participant information).

6. Click Speichern (save) to apply the settings, or Abbrechen (cancel) to cancel.

offisy saves your column selection and pre-selects it the next time you export.

Use the field toggles in the Options menu

The Optionen menu of the list view contains individual field toggles next to Export-Einstellungen:

• Patienten-ID
• SVN
• Geburtstag
• E-Mail
• Telefon
• Zus. Name
• Teilnehmer
• Notiz

Don't confuse these toggles with Export-Einstellungen.
