Set Up WAHonline Praxis Desk

Here you configure the credentials and contract partners for the electronic submission of performance records to health insurance funds.

Where do I find the settings?

Open Settings → Additional Modules → Performance Record.

Prerequisites

• You are logged in as an administrator or with the permission Performance Record / Settings.
• The module WAHonline is included in your offisy license.

The page has two tabs: Contract Partners and Settings.

Set up contract partners

In the Contract Partners tab you store the contract partners (health insurance funds) to which you submit performance records. At least one contract partner is required for submission.

Create a contract partner

1. Click Create Contract Partner.

2. Fill in the form:

   • First name (required) — first name of the doctor
   • Last name (required) — last name of the doctor
   • Contract number (required) — 6-digit contract partner number of the insurance fund
   • Specialty group (required) — specialty group per GKK code (dropdown)
   • UID (optional) — 14-digit VAT identification number

3. Confirm with Create.

Edit a contract partner

Click the name of the contract partner in the list. Alternatively, open the action menu (three dots) and select Edit.

Delete a contract partner

Open the action menu for the contract partner and select Delete.

Note: A deleted contract partner cannot be restored. Check beforehand whether there are still open reports linked to this contract partner.

Configure settings

In the Settings tab you'll find general submission settings.

Default: Request from health insurance fund for patient

Sets the default value for new reports. When the toggle is enabled, the option Request from health insurance fund for patient is pre-selected for every new report.

Position

Setting	Description
Show line item price on template	Displays the gross price per line item on the print template of the performance record.
Submit line item price to WAHonline	Submits the gross price per line item during the electronic upload to WAHonline.

Click Save to apply the settings.
