WAHonline – Journaling Praxis Desk

Journaling gives you a cross-patient overview of all performance records for a selected time period. At a glance you can see which reports have already been submitted and which are still pending.

Where do I find Journaling?

Journaling → Performance Records

Prerequisites

• The module WAHonline is active in your license.
• You are logged in with a user account that has access to the Journaling section.

Filters

The following filters are available at the top of the page:

Time period:

• Freely selectable date range, with presets (e.g. current month, last year)
• Default on open: current year

Status:

• All — all performance records in the time period
• Completed — reports successfully submitted to WAHonline (status uebernommen)
• Not submitted — reports not yet sent to WAHonline (only visible when present)
• Invalid — reports with submission errors (only visible when present)

Data table

Column	Description
Patient	Patient name — clickable, opens the performance record. The external link icon takes you directly to the patient file.
Date	Date of the performance record
Amount	Gross amount of the report
Status	Submission status of the report

Row actions

Depending on your permissions, the following actions are available in the action menu of a row:

• Open — shows the performance record in the detail view
• Print — prints the performance record (template selection available)
• Download PDF — downloads the performance record as a PDF file (template selection available)
• Edit — opens the performance record for editing (only with Bearbeiten permission and if the report has not yet been submitted)
• Submit via WAHonline — sends the report directly to WAHonline (only with Übermitteln permission and if the report is submittable)
• Send by email — sends the performance record by email to the patient (only with Weiterleiten permission, template selection available)
• Delete — removes the performance record

Note: Already submitted reports can no longer be edited.

Permissions

The following permissions control access to journaling and the available actions:

Erstellen	Create new performance records
Bearbeiten	Edit performance records (only possible before submission)
Übermitteln	Send reports to WAHonline
Weiterleiten	Send performance records by email
