Edit a WAHonline Report Praxis Desk

You can edit a saved performance record after the fact and then submit it to WAHonline.

Where do I find performance records?

You have two ways to navigate to an existing performance record:

Option 1: Via the performance records overview

  1. Click WAHonline in the navigation.
  2. The overview shows all performance records for your practice.
  3. Click the desired entry to open the detail view.

Option 2: Via the patient file

  1. Open the desired patient file.
  2. Switch to the Documents tab.
  3. Click Open on the performance record, or click directly on the entry.

The detail view shows a preview of the performance record as a PDF on the left. On the right you see the patient master data, the WAHonline card, and the report details.

Edit data

You can edit a performance record as long as it has not yet been submitted to WAHonline and has not been deleted.

  1. Click Edit in the detail view.
  2. The edit modal opens with all saved data.
  3. Adjust the desired fields. The following sections are available:
    • Consent to submission – patient consent
    • Billing for ÖGK / SVS (WAHonline) – enable or disable GKK billing
    • GKK settings – contract partner, contract number, federal state
    • Invoices and line items – add, edit, or remove line items
    • Referring physician – enter or change the referring doctor
    • Diagnoses – adjust ICD codes and diagnosis texts
    • Attachments – add or remove files (max. 2 MB per file)
    • Bank details – provide IBAN for payment
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Note: The Edit button is only visible if you have the Edit performance record permission and the report has not yet been submitted.

Submit to WAHonline after the fact

If you only saved the report when creating it (without submitting immediately), you can send it at any time.

  1. Open the detail view of the report.
  2. The WAHonline card on the right side shows the current submission status.
  3. Click Submit via WAHonline.
  4. The report is sent to WAHonline immediately. The status updates automatically.

If the report was previously submitted but is not yet Completed, Resubmit via WAHonline (yellow button) appears instead.

Note: The button is only active when all required fields are correctly filled in and the report is WAHonline-compliant. Missing or invalid information is listed in the WAHonline card.

You can also submit the report directly while editing: click Submit via WAHonline in the edit modal instead of Save. This saves the changes and sends the report in one step.

Report status

The current status of a report is shown in the detail view in the WAHonline card and in the overview list.

StatusMeaning
Not submittedThe report has not yet been sent to WAHonline.
UploadingThe submission is currently in progress.
CompletedWAHonline has successfully accepted the report.
Invalid recordWAHonline has rejected the report or there are validation errors.

For Invalid record, the WAHonline card shows the exact error text from WAHonline. Fix the errors and resubmit the report.
