Revenue and appointment reports (users, locations, customers) Praxis Kasse Desk

Four reports break down appointments and revenue by user, location, or customer, each filtered by date range.

Required license

The detailed user report and the location report require the Extended Journaling add-on for Praxis, Kasse, and Desk.

Where do I find the reports?

All four reports live in the Journaling menu:

• Report shows the revenue overview over time.
• Users shows appointments and revenue per user.
• Locations shows appointments and revenue per location.
• Customer appointments shows a flexible appointment list per customer with configurable columns, filters, metrics, and Excel export.

Requirements

• The Users (detail) and Locations reports require the Extended Journaling add-on.
• Report needs the Rechnungen Journaling: Anzeigen permission.
• Users needs the Report Benutzer permission.
• Locations needs the Report Standort permission.
• Customer appointments needs the Journaling: Kundentermine permission.

Filters

All four reports filter by date range. If you have multiple accounts or cooperations, you also pick the account or tenant.

Data table

• Report: tabs Übersicht, Tagesumsatz, Wochenumsatz, Monatsumsatz and Gutscheine. Each tab lists one reference column — on the Übersicht tab that is Rechnungen — plus the column groups Einnahmen (Netto, Steuerbetrag, Brutto, 0-Umsatz, Gesamt), Einzahlungen (Gesamt) and Gutscheine (Eingelöst). The final Summe row adds up the period.
• Users and Locations each offer two views:
  • Appointments view: Name, Customer, Start, End, Price, Count, Duration.
  • Revenue view: Name, Customer, Date, Invoice/Receipt, Price, Count, Gross, Net.
  • Locations adds the Location/Address column.
• Customer appointments: configurable appointment list per customer with selectable columns, filters, metrics, and Excel export. See Analyze and export customer appointments for details.
