Analyze and export customer appointments Praxis Kasse Desk

Shows a flexible appointment list per customer, with filters, configurable columns, and Excel export.

Required license

The filters and columns Insurance, Private supplementary insurance, Insurance type, and Supplementary insurances require the Medical add-on.

Where do I find customer appointments?

Go to Journaling → Customer appointments.

In offisy Praxis, the page is called Patiententermine. Filters and columns use Patient instead of Kunde there, for example Patientenname.

The displayed period defaults to the current month when you open the page.

Requirements

  • You have the Journaling: Kundentermine permission in your user profile.

Filters

The following filters are available at the top of the page:

  • Account/client — Only visible if you use multiple accounts or cooperations.
  • Time period — Freely selectable date range, including past presets.
  • Status — Filters by appointment status: Active, Requested, Denied, Canceled, Archived, or Unregistered.
  • Billing — Filters by billing status: Open, Invoiced, or Do not bill.
  • Location — Filters by location.
  • Employee — Filters by the responsible employee.
  • Type — Filters by Single appointment, Group appointment, or Course.
  • Customer — Filters by one or more customers.
  • Service — Filters by the linked service.

With the Medical add-on, the filters Insurance, Private supplementary insurance, Insurance type, and Supplementary insurances are also available.

No filter is set when you open the page. The table shows every entry in the period, including unregistered course attendances.

For multi-select filters like Status, use Select all and Select none to toggle the entire selection instead of clicking each value individually.

Column configuration

  1. Click Optionen → Spaltenkonfiguration.
  2. Pick the column you want in each row's Feld field. Hinzufügen adds another row, the trash icon removes one.
  3. Set the order with the handles on the left.
  4. Pick a sort direction in the Sortierung field if you need one.
  5. Click Speichern.

The Feld field lists columns grouped (Appointment, Customer, Other) so you can find them more easily in the selection menu. Use the search field in the selection menu to find a column directly.
