With Reports & Analytics you analyze appointments, revenue, and stock over a time period and export the results to Excel.
What are reports used for?
Reports & Analytics brings together all of offisy's report functions in one place. You find them in the main menu under Journaling.
Typical use cases:
- Appointments: Analyze and export appointments by time period, status, or category
- Revenue: Compare revenue and appointment numbers for a time period
- Stock: Track goods sales and inventory movements
- Daily closing: Check cash-relevant data for the day
Every report offers a time period filter. If you work with multiple accounts in a cooperation, you also select the account or client you need.
To open a report, you need the matching permission from the Journaling permission group. Ask your administrator if a report is missing.
