Share booking link Praxis Desk
Share your personal booking link so patients and clients can book appointments directly online. You can share the link in different ways or embed the booking form directly on your website.
Prerequisites
- The Online Booking Calendar is set up and activated.
Copy the booking link
You'll find your personal booking link in the settings:
- Open Settings → Online Booking Calendar.
- Click Copy next to the booking link.
- Paste the link wherever you need it.
The link stays the same and does not need to be renewed regularly.
Share the booking link
You can share the link in different ways:
- Website: Add the link as a button (e.g. "Book appointment now") or as a text link on your website.
- Email signature: Add the link to your email signature so patients and clients see it with every email.
- Social media: Add the link to your Instagram bio, Facebook page, or other channels.
- Google Business profile: Add the link as a booking button in your Google Business listing.
Download QR code
offisy automatically generates a QR code for your booking page. Patients and clients can scan it with their smartphone and go straight to the booking page.
- Open Settings → Online Booking Calendar.
- Click Download QR code.
- Save the file and use it on:
- Flyers and information sheets in the waiting area
- Business cards
- Posters or window stickers
Tip: Place the QR code in a visible spot in your practice or studio waiting area — patients and clients can then book their next appointment right on the spot.
Embed booking form on your website
You can display the booking form directly on your website without redirecting visitors to an external page. To do this, an <iframe> is inserted into the HTML code of your website.
- Open Settings → Online Booking Calendar.
- Click Copy embed code.
- Paste the copied code into the HTML source of your website — at the location where the form should appear.
Note: To embed the form you need access to the HTML code of your website. If you use a website builder platform (e.g. Wix, Squarespace), check whether an "HTML block" or "embed widget" is available there.
