Medication History Praxis

The Medication History shows the complete change log for a medication: what was changed, by whom, and when.

Where do I find the Medication History?

Open Settings → Medications, click the action menu for a medication in the list, and select History.

At the top of the history view, the current data of the medication is shown in a collapsible panel.

The entries below are grouped by date. For each entry you see:

• Timestamp and user who made the change
• Changed fields with before value (red, strikethrough) and after value (green, bold)
• Entries from a global import are marked with an import icon

The view shows 3 entries per page. Use the pagination at the bottom to browse older entries.
