Set up forms in the patient record Praxis Desk

To open or send your created forms directly from a patient's record, you need to enable them in the configuration once.

Prerequisites

  • You have already created at least one form under Settings > Forms.

How to do it

  1. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings.
  2. Click Configure customer/patient record.
  3. Find the Create form section.
  4. Check the boxes next to the forms you want to use in the record (e.g. "Patient data sheet").
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
