Manage and complete forms Praxis Desk
The form overview gives you a clear view of all sent and completed documents. You can review the data here and transfer it directly to the patient record.
How to do it
- Go to Journaling > Forms.
- Use the filters (status, patient, date, form name) to adjust the view.
- Once a form has the status Filled out, open the action menu (icon on the right side of the row).
- Select Complete to start the review.
- In the detail view, you can compare the data entered by the patient with the data in their record.
- Toggle the switches next to the fields you want to update (e.g. address, phone number).
- Click Update customer to finish the sync.
Common errors
- Incomplete data: If the patient missed important fields, you can resend the form via the action menu (icon on the right side of the row) using the Send for editing option.
- Wrong patient: If a form was sent to a family member, you can reassign it to the correct patient in the completion view.
