DVP Forms Praxis Desk
The DVP Forms page shows all DVP forms for your practice and lets you manage them, edit them, and assign billing submissions.
Where do I find DVP forms?
Open Journaling → DVP Forms.
Requirements
- You have the DVP Read permission.
Filters
You can narrow down the list by the following criteria:
- Time period: Start date and end date
- Status: Open or Assigned
- Insurance: e.g. ÖGK, BVAEB, SVS
- Transmission status: Whether the DVP billing submission this form is assigned to has already been transmitted
Data table
The table shows all DVP forms. Which columns are displayed can be adjusted via the column configuration menu.

| Patient | Name of the patient |
| Insurance | Insurance carrier (e.g. ÖGK, BVAEB) |
| Period | Billing month or quarter |
| Form type | Type of form (e.g. Krankenschein) |
| Status | Open or Assigned |
| Billing submission | Assigned DVP billing submission (if any) |
| Created on | Date the form was created |
Row actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| View details | Opens the form in read-only detail view |
| Edit | Opens the form for editing (requires DVP Edit permission) |
| Assign billing submission | Assigns the form to an existing DVP billing submission |
| Delete | Permanently removes the form (requires DVP Delete permission) |
Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | The form was created but not yet assigned to a billing submission |
| Assigned | The form is assigned to a DVP billing submission |
