Bodychart in the patient record Praxis Desk

With Bodychart, you record findings directly on a body diagram. Bodychart is a standalone feature that you create in the patient record.

You can also add it as a field in a form.

Where do I find Bodycharts in the patient record?

Open the patient record and select the Bodycharts widget. It shows the history list and the Erstellen (create) button.

This feature requires the BodyChart add-on for Praxis and Desk.

• Bodychart: Erstellen or Bodychart: Bearbeiten permission.

Create a Bodychart in the patient record

1. Open the patient record and select the Bodycharts widget.
2. Click Erstellen. Under Standardvorlagen (standard templates) or Eigene Vorlagen (your own templates), choose a template. Use Vorlage suchen (search template) to find one by name.
3. To start with a photo instead, choose one of the three entries below the templates:
   • Bildaufnahme (image capture) takes a photo with the camera.
   • Dateien wählen (choose files) uses an image from the patient record.
   • Bild hochladen (upload image) uploads an image from your computer.
4. Enter a Name at the top, for example "Orthopädischer Erstbefund". The name is required.
5. At the bottom, select the Behandler (practitioner) and the Datum (date). The date is also required.
6. Place markers and fill in the fields (see Set markers).
7. Save the entry. It appears in the widget's history list, sorted by date.

You set which templates appear here in the patient record configuration.

Edit a Bodychart

In the entry's action menu, choose Bearbeiten (edit). Change the entry in the editor and save it. You need the Bodychart: Bearbeiten permission.

Continue a Bodychart history

In the action menu, choose Verlauf fortsetzen (continue history). Offisy creates a new entry of the same series based on the selected entry. You need the Bodychart: Erstellen permission.

Delete a Bodychart

In the action menu, choose Löschen (delete) and confirm the Bodychart löschen prompt. You need the Bodychart: Löschen permission.

Data table

The history list in the Bodycharts widget shows your entries, sorted by date. A row shows, for example, the title, the practitioner, and the markers, such as "1 Schmerz" and "1 Befund" (see Fig. 3).

Filter

As soon as the history list contains entries, a filter row appears above the list:

• Suche nach Titel: Enter part of the title. The search ignores uppercase and lowercase.
• Alle: Choose a practitioner to see only their entries. This selection only appears if the entries include more than one practitioner.

If no entry matches your selection, Offisy shows Keine Bodycharts für diese Auswahl.

Note: Offisy does not save the filters. The next time you open the patient record, the list is unfiltered again.

Actions per row

Each entry has an action menu. Which entries you see depends on your permissions:
