History and compare Praxis Desk

View earlier entries of a Bodychart, compare two entries, and see what is new.

Prerequisites

Required license

This feature requires the BodyChart add-on for Praxis and Desk.

View history and compare entries

Bodycharts that belong to the same series appear in the patient record's history list. There you can:

  • open and view an earlier entry,
  • compare two entries (see below). Here too, a marker's tooltip shows the fields with Im Tooltip anzeigen.
  • view the history of scale and number fields as a chart or as a list. It appears as soon as a field has a value in at least two entries.

In the view of an entry, the card of the selected marker on the right shows its fields, Vorlage, Status, Datum, and Behandler. Use the Vorherige Markierung (previous marker) and Nächste Markierung (next marker) arrows to jump between markers. Markierung bearbeiten (edit marker) opens the entry for editing.

Compare two entries

  1. Open an entry and click Vergleichen (compare) in the Verlauf (history) bar on the left. You only see the button if the series has more than one entry.
  2. The Bodychart · Vergleich dialog shows Stand A and Stand B (entry A and entry B). In the bar on the left, you pick the two entries again.
  3. Switch between Überlagert (overlaid) and Nebeneinander (side by side). If there are several views, choose the view; the number of markers follows it.
  4. The legend shows neu hinzugekommen (newly added), geändert (changed), and nicht mehr vorhanden (no longer present).
  5. On the right, Änderungen (changes) lists the differences per marker. Nur Änderungen (changes only) hides unchanged ones, and Alle anzeigen (show all) shows them again.
  6. Dateien vergleichen (compare files) shows a marker's attached files side by side.
  7. Vergleich beenden (end comparison) returns you to the view. Verlauf fortsetzen (continue history) creates a new entry.

Tell previous and new entries apart

When you continue a history or edit a saved entry, the editor shows what was already in the previous entry of the series:

  • Bisheriger Stand (previous entry): Markers and texts appear faded, and previous strokes appear gray.
  • Neu oder geändert (new or changed): New and changed items appear in full color.

A legend below the image explains the display: Grau = bisheriger Stand (gray = previous entry), farbig = neu (colored = new). It only appears if the previous entry has markers, drawings, or texts.

Fig. 1Previous markers appear faded, new ones in full color. The tooltip shows Erfasst am.
  1. 1Legend: Grau = bisheriger Stand, farbig = neu.

A previous marker or text becomes fully visible again as soon as you change its content. This applies to its position, type, status, name, fields, or files. Just clicking it changes nothing.

Previous strokes stay regular strokes. You can erase them, and Löschen still removes the entire drawing.

When you hover over a marker, the tooltip shows Erfasst am (captured on). This is the date of the oldest entry in the history that contains this marker. Markers that don't appear in any saved entry show Neu (new). This applies in the editor and in the history view.

Offisy doesn't save the distinction but recalculates it every time you open the entry. The first entry of a history and a new Bodychart from a template have no previous entry. Then there is no fading and no legend.
