Bodychart in forms Praxis Desk

Add Bodychart as a field in a form.

This feature requires the BodyChart add-on for Praxis and Desk.

Use Bodychart in a form

1. Open the form editor and add the Bodychart form field.
2. In the field settings, under Vorlagen (templates), choose which Bodychart templates are available when filling in the form. The person filling in the form can never add a new view. Without a selection, the field only shows a notice that no template is configured. It doesn't show an editor.
3. Optionally mark the field as required.
4. Save the form.

When you fill in the form, the Bodychart is available directly in the form. Use the arrow next to the field name to collapse and expand it.

The filled-in Bodychart stays part of the form data. You see it when you open the completed form. It doesn't automatically end up in the patient record's history list.

To continue the Bodychart in the patient record, open the Bodychart tab on the right when you complete the form. Enter a Name, select the Behandler if needed, and click Speichern (save).

Confirm the prompt Bodychart in Patientenakte speichern. The Bodychart then appears in the patient record's Bodycharts widget.

Note: If the Bodychart field in the form stays empty, check the field settings and make sure at least one template is selected under Vorlagen.

Note: If Offisy can't load the Bodychart templates (message "Bodychart-Vorlagen konnten nicht geladen werden"), check your internet connection. Offisy then shows markers already placed without the body diagram in the background.
