Learn which permissions are required for the backup module and which data types you can export.
Permissions
Your administrator assigns backup permissions per company and determines which actions you can perform.
| Permission | Allowed action |
|---|---|
| Read | View the backup overview and download backups. |
| Create | Create new backups manually. |
| Delete | Remove existing backups. |
| Settings | Configure automatic backups and backup settings. |
Note: If you don't have access to certain features, contact your administrator.
Export types
When creating a backup, you choose which data types to export. The types available to you depend on the modules in your license.
Note: Not all export types are visible for every license. The list only shows the types available for your activated modules.
