With the backup module, you save your practice data as a downloadable ZIP file. You can create backups manually or have them created automatically at regular intervals.

This feature requires the Backup module add-on.
Feature overview
- Manual backup: Create a full or incremental backup of your data at any time.
- Automatic backup: Set up a schedule so offisy backs up your data regularly — daily, weekly, or on specific weekdays.
- Flexible data selection: Choose exactly which data (e.g. patients, appointments, invoices) to export.
- Customer filter: Export only the data of a specific customer if needed.
- Download log: offisy logs who downloaded a backup and when.
Backup types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Full | Exports all selected data across the entire time period. |
| Incremental | Exports only the data for a specific time period. Ideal for regular partial backups. |
