New Features
New calendar
The calendar has been rebuilt from the ground up and offers extensive configuration options. Tasks are now visible directly in the calendar, and changes to appointments are updated automatically in real time. Custom views can be assembled individually, saved as default and shared with the entire company or with cooperations.
Waiting Room TV
Patients are called via a screen in the waiting room. Staff select a room from the patient record or waiting list, and the call appears on the TV in real time. The display runs via a public link (Chrome kiosk), is configurable per screen (show or hide name/number, alert sound, slideshow, design), and also shows calls from cooperating practices.
Psychotherapy Confirmation
For patients in psychotherapy treatment, you can now create the psychotherapy confirmation directly in the patient record. The patient's data is pre-filled, you fill out the document digitally, and it's saved in the patient record.
Improvements
- OAuth API extended — The OAuth API was expanded in several areas. Customer search now also matches phone numbers with a country code and returns additional phone fields. The appointments endpoint now includes the location and the assigned staff member. New read-only endpoints are available for invoices, cash revenues and fee notes. Patient record and medical data can now be retrieved as well, and you can now retrieve and create customer notices (Notes).
- DVP billing without e-card — DVP billing now works without an e-card system. Desk customers without the e-card module enter their contract partner details under Settings → Medical → DVP in the new "Contract Partners" tab (contract number, name, country, practice number, specialty). This contract partner replaces the Ocard for DVP billing and DVP forms.
- Blank prescription — e-prescriptions can now be created without any prescription items as a blank prescription. When you save without items, you confirm a prompt; in that case no prescriptions are transmitted to the ELGA e-medication.
- GDT/Lab Requests: Version 03.10 & referring physician — The GDT lab request now supports either GDT 02.10 or 03.10, configurable per practice. In version 03.10 the patient's mobile number and email address are transferred as well. The export now also includes the referring physician's data.
- Medication Categories — Medication categories can now contain compounding preparations in addition to standard medications. This allows mixed categories to be created and applied together when writing a prescription.
- Tasks — The side menu now shows a badge with the number of open tasks (updated live). The new "Hide future" filter hides tasks with a future due date.
- Value Calculator — The value calculator now computes two additional metrics automatically: the waist-to-hip ratio (waist ÷ hip) and the waist-to-height ratio (waist ÷ height). The results appear as soon as waist, hip, and height are entered.
