Personal Calendar Settings in Your User Profile Praxis Desk

Every user can configure personal calendar settings in their own profile. These settings only apply to the new calendar and do not change any company-wide defaults for other users.

Where do I find the calendar settings?

Open your user profile (click your name in the top right) and switch to the Calendar Settings tab.

Background color of bookable slots

You can choose how bookable time slots are colored in the calendar:

• Location color — all bookable slots use the color of the respective location
• Provider color — bookable slots use the color of the assigned provider
• Bookable slot color — you set a custom color per location (see next section)

Select the mode you want from the Background color of bookable slots dropdown.

If you selected the Bookable slot color mode, you can assign a custom color for each location.

Leave the color field empty to fall back to the location color automatically.

Personal type colors

You can override the company-wide default colors for the following event types in your personal view:

• Vacation
• Sick leave
• Public holiday
• Birthday

Click the color picker for each type and choose your preferred color. Your selection only affects your own view and does not change anything for other users.

Show tasks in the calendar

Enable this option to see your open tasks directly in the calendar.

Turn on the Show tasks toggle in your calendar settings.
