Manage resources Praxis Desk
Edit, duplicate, or delete existing resources and control sharing with your cooperation network.

This feature requires the Resources add-on for Praxis and Desk.
Where do I find resources?
Open Settings → Calendar → Resources. You'll see all created resources in a list.
Prerequisites
- You have the Resources add-on active.
- You have the Manage resources permission.
Edit a resource
You can change the name, description, and color of a resource at any time. Existing appointments remain unchanged.
- Click the row menu on the desired resource.
- Select Edit.
- Adjust the fields in the Edit resource modal as needed.
- Click Save.
Duplicate a resource
You can use an existing resource as a template. Duplicating creates a copy with the same settings.
- Click the row menu on the desired resource.
- Select Duplicate.
The copy appears in the list immediately. Edit it as needed.
Share a resource with the cooperation
If your company is part of a cooperation network, you can share individual resources with connected cooperation companies.
- Click the row menu on the desired resource.
- Select Edit.
- Enable the Allow cooperation toggle.
- Click Save.
Connected cooperation companies can then see and use the resource.
Delete a resource
Delete a resource when you no longer need it permanently.
- Click the row menu on the desired resource.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the action in the Delete resource dialog.
Note: If future appointments are still linked to the resource, deletion is blocked. Remove the resource assignment from those appointments first.
